ABSTRACT:
In the face of fixed or declining IT budgets, businesses that can reduce baseline hardware and software costs while investing in IT for competitive advantage can build market share and operating margins. This is especially critical for companies that have already cut IT staff at least once. Moving business-critical applications, like SAP, data warehouse and business intelligence, from expensive, proprietary server architectures to cost-effective industry-standard architectures pays back quickly while maintaining or increasing reliability, availability, and serviceability. Join this webcast to hear how Microsoft, Intel and HP offer options to your current SPARC infrastructure.
